P. Daniel Olawande joins The Outpouring Music Team on “Mapariwo S'Eledumare,” a Yoruba worship song lifted to God, Eledumare, the Almighty.
Pastor Daniel Olawande, popularly known as P.Daniel, is an ordained minister of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and a youth evangelist. He serves as the church's National Youth President and as Pastor in Charge of Youth Province 20, Envoys HQ.
He has also been a regular minister at The Outpouring, the non-denominational worship and revival gathering convened by Minister Dunsin Oyekan. The Outpouring held its first edition in Lagos in 2021, and its organisers describe it not as an event or a concert but as a movement of the Holy Spirit. This song brings P.Daniel together with The Outpouring Music Team in that same spirit of worship.
Eledumare is one of the Yoruba names for God, the One who holds all power. Calling on Him by that name in worship is a declaration of His greatness above every situation we face.
Psalm 95:6 says, “O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.” Songs like “Mapariwo S'Eledumare” invite us to do just that: to set aside our worries and give God the honour He deserves.
At 5 minutes 37 seconds, the song gives you room to linger in His presence. Play it during your quiet time, in your prayer meetings and in praise sessions with your church or family.
A prayer for today: Eledumare, You are great and greatly to be praised. Receive my worship today, and let my life bring glory to Your name. Amen.
