Prinx Emmanuel puts a timeless Bible promise on an amapiano beat in “If God Be For You.”
The title comes from Romans 8:31: “If God is for us, who can be against us?” It is one of the most quoted verses in Nigerian churches, and for good reason. It reminds believers that no opposition, no plan of the enemy and no closed door can stand against God's purpose for their lives.
Romans 8 goes on to say that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. This song takes that confidence and makes it something you can dance to, with the log drums and smooth piano of amapiano.
Romans 8:31 is not a promise that life will be easy. It is a promise that God is on our side when life is hard. Paul wrote it to believers facing real trouble, and he still concluded that nothing could separate them from God's love. Let this song build that same confidence in you, especially when the odds look stacked against you. A prayer for today: Father, thank You for being for me. Help me to stand in faith, knowing no one can stand against Your plan. Amen.
